I think I just got mine fixed…if you have something like comcast as your internet provider then you sould call them up…it most likely is something you cant fix the internet/xbox people have to fix..it could be something also simple as unplug your router for a few min…it could also be that your WI-FI is off
if none of them work i REALLY suggest you call up your internet provider…or do that first
