You can go many directions now, check this one

What are your skills or wishes, are you good in design or in coding ? Good designers are bad coders and good coders are bad designers. When you’re a designer choose a WYSIWYG editor, when you love a nice piece of coding search for coding lessons.

Find yourself a web hosting company. Some of them provide web site creation tools that do not require pretty much any knowledge of anything. But knowledge of HTML will always be useful.

I think Hey Eric- I’m guessing you don’t know any HTML/CSS. Your best bet will then be to use a template based website building tool like Office Live Small Business. It let’s you build a site with templates so that you don’t have to do any heavy coding, which makes it easy and fast for you to get a website up and running.
